I'm honored to be part of ICCM. I saw first-hand the impact of this ministry when I rode a bicycle 2,000 miles through India in 2007. I visited several ICCM hostels and witnessed hope alive in hundreds of children because of ICCM sponsors. Now, I spend my days fighting tyranny, poverty & human trafficking by challenging folks to share a little money to educate the world's poorest children.  I'm developing ways we can increase our communication and partnership with our sponsors and encourage more sponsors to join us in this life-changing mission. I read and process the thousands of letters from ICCM-sponsored children.  I'm fortunate to be able to read what our children have to say in these letters.  I am blessed when I read about happiness despite poverty, joy in praising God, pride in accomplishments in school and gratitude for sponsors' support.  I love being a part of ICCM because I love children (3 of my own), grandchildren (7 of them) and my sponsored child in the Philippines.  If you have any questions about the children or their letters I am the person to contact.

When I look into the eyes of a child I see the sweetness that only the innocence of a child can bring. Free of the pain and suffering and reality of their lives. They only want to be loved and cared for without fear of hatred and pain. They just want to learn, grow and play. The loving gift of a sponsor helps make that possible. I get to see how these children have grown with each new photograph. I view many amazing snapshots of sponsored children from around the world. After I receive the children's photos from the various countries, I carefully process and mail them to their individual sponsors. It is a joy to be a part of something that makes such a difference in the life of a child.
