Thank you for using our new online system. We’re working hard to ensure this site is as easy to use as possible. Please read this page in it’s entirety before finding your account. 

 

How to Find Your Account

  1. Click the Find My Account button below.
  2. Enter your email address on the Find Your Account page.
  3. Click Search.
  4. You should receive an email with a 5-digit Authorization Code.
  5. Enter the Authorization Code, on the Login Information screen.
  6. Create a Password on the Login Information Screen.
  7. Click Create Login.

*IMPORTANT* If You Can’t Find Your Account

Please DO NOT create a new login.

You will not be able to see any of your information in the new account.  Chances are, we need to update your contact information.

If you still can’t find your account, fill out the contact form below and we can create a temporary password for you. 

 

Reasons Why You Can’t Find Your Account

The email address you entered doesn’t match what ICCM has on file for you.

To check this, please fill out the contact form below or email us at ICCMSocial@fmcusa.org.

You’re a previous donor and you entered a cell phone number.

It’s best to only enter your email address in the Find Your Account page rather than a cell phone. Our previous database did not track cell phone numbers specifically.

You’re using Google Chrome.

Sometimes Google Chrome doesn’t function properly with our Donor Portal.  Try opening an incognito window or using an alternate internet browser.

You’ve created more than one ICCM Donor Account by accident.

We can merge duplicate accounts. Fill out the Contact form or email us at ICCMSocial@fmcusa.org.

You have the same contact information in multiple accounts.

We can merge duplicate accounts, but if you manage multiple donor accounts (ex. for yourself and for your church), each account will need a distinct email address. To update multiple accounts, please fill out the Contact form or email us at ICCMSocial@fmcusa.org.

You don’t see the Login Information form after you enter your email address.

If you don’t see a form with a place to enter the Authorization Code, please try using an alternate internet browser or viewing incognito. If you still have issues, please contact us below.

If you still can’t find your account, fill out the contact form below and we can create a temporary password for you.
