Please see below for some quick help. If you need additional help, please fill out the contact form and we’ll respond ASAP.

Current Sponsors – Finding Your Account

  1. Click the Find My Account button on the ICCM home page.
  2. Enter your cell phone number or email on the Find Your Account page.
  3. Click Search.
  4. You should receive a text or email with a 5-digit Authorization Code.
  5. Enter the Authorization Code, on the Login Information screen.
  6. Create a Password on the Login Information Screen.
  7. Click Create Login.

If you use Google Chrome and no Login Information screen appears after you enter your cell phone or email, try opening a new incognito window and try again. If it still doesn’t work, try logging in with a different internet browser.

New Sponsors – Creating Your Account

  1. Click Donor Portal in the top right corner of the ICCM home page.
  2. Click Sign Up.
  3. Enter your Login Information and Contact Information.
  4. Click Register.
  5. Welcome to your account!

Updating Your Contact Information

  1. Login to the Donor Portal.
  2. Click on My Contact Information.
  3. Change information in any field(s) you want to update.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Updating Your Payment Methods

Updating Your Credit Card

  1. Login to the Donor Portal.
  2. Click on Update Payment Methods.
  3. Enter your credit card information.
  4. Click Add Credit Card.

Updating Your Bank Information

  1. Login to the Donor Portal.
  2. Click on Update Payment Methods.
  3. Enter your bank information.
  4. Click Add EFT (Bank Transfer).

Viewing Your Next Transaction Date

  1. Login to the Donor Portal.
  2. Click on My Children.
  3. Click on the Update Pledge Options for [Child’s Name].
  4. See your Next Transaction Date under Next Payment Due. 

If your Next Payment/Transaction Date is in the past, please update your payment method and the date of the month your transaction should run. Once that transaction runs, the next payment date should be correct.

If for some reason this doesn’t happen or your transaction doesn’t run, please fill out the Contact form and we will respond ASAP.

Updating Your Giving Frequency

  1. Login to the Donor Portal.
  2. Click on Update All Pledges.
  3. Choose the Frequency of your sponsorship.
  4. Choose the Date of Month you want your sponsorship processed.
  5. Click Update All Pledges.

Please note: this will update your giving frequency for all recurring pledges, child sponsorship and otherwise. To edit recurring pledges individually, please go to Donor Portal > My Recurring Gifts.

Updating Your Pledge Options for Each Child

  1. Login to the Donor Portal.
  2. Click on My Recurring Gifts.
  3. Click on the Update Pledge Options for [Child’s Name].
  4. This takes you to the Child Page where you can view all your options

Changing Your Password

  1. Login to the Donor Portal.
  2. Click on Change Password.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Click Send Email.
  5. You’ll receive an email with a link to change your password.

Set up Recurring Donations

For an individual child or fund:

  1. Login to the Donor Portal.
  2. Click on My Children.
  3. Click on Update Pledge Options for [child’s name].
  4. Under Update Pledge Details, choose your donation Frequency and Day of the Month.
  5. Click Update Pledge Options.

 

For all recurring gifts:

  1. Login to the Donor Portal.
  2. Click on Update All Pledges.
  3. Choose the Frequency of your sponsorship.
  4. Choose the Date of Month you want your sponsorship processed.
  5. Click Update All Pledges.

IMPORTANT! If you previously had recurring donations set up in QSuite and you are setting up recurring giving on our website, please contact our office to cancel your QSuite recurring transactions. Call our office at 317.616.4740 or 800-342-5531 ext. 502.

Make a One-Time Donation toward Sponsorship

  1. Login to the Donor Portal.
  2. Click on My Children.
  3. Choose your desired sponsored child.
  4. Click Update Pledge Options for [Child’s Name].
  5. Under One-Time Donation toward Sponsorship (One-Time Pledge Gift), enter your one-time donation Amount.
  6. Write “Sponsorship” in the Special Instructions.
  7. Choose your Payment Method.
  8. Click Make One-Time Donation.

This section is for donating toward sponsorship only. To make a gift (for birthdays, holidays, etc.) go to Donor Portal > My Children > Make a One-Time Gift to [child’s name].

Send a One-Time Gift

  1. Login to the Donor Portal.
  2. Click on My Children.
  3. Click on Make a One-Time Gift to [child’s name].
  4. Enter your Amount.
  5. Enter a special note (ex. Birthday, Christmas)
  6. Click Give an Extra Gift to [child’s name].

Give Beyond Sponsorship

  1. Login to the Donor Portal.
  2. Visit the Beyond Sponsorship page.
  3. Click Give Now under the fund you would like to give a donation.
  4. Enter your Donation Frequency.
  5. Choose the Date of the Month.
  6. Either Add to Your Basket OR choose your payment method.
  7. Click Give to [Fund].

Donate to a Country

  1. Login to the Donor Portal.
  2. Visit the Donate to a Country page.
  3. Under the country you wish to give to, click the Give Now button.
  4. Enter your Donation Frequency.
  5. Choose the Date of Month.
  6. Enter your Donation Amount.
  7. Either Add to your Basket OR Choose your payment method.
  8. Click Give to [Country].

View Your Receipts

  1. Login to the Donor Portal.
  2. Click on My Giving.
  3. Click on the Receipt button to view your receipt.

I haven’t received an authorization code.

There are multiple reasons why you might not receive an authorization code. Please go through the list below to see if your reason is here.

  1. The email provider you use is blocking the email.
    Please white-list the emails: techsupport@denarisoft.com and denarimessage@denarionline.com.
  2. The email or cell phone number you entered on the Find My Account page doesn’t match what ICCM has on file for you.
    To check this, please fill out the contact form or email us at ICCMSocial@fmcusa.org.
  3. You’re using Google Chrome. Sometimes Google Chrome doesn’t function properly with our Donor Portal.
    Try opening an incognito window or using an alternative internet browser.
  4. You’ve created more than one ICCM Donor Account by accident OR have different contact information in multiple accounts.
    We can merge multiple accounts. Fill out the Contact form or email us at ICCMSocial@fmcusa.org.
  5. Your Authorization Code is in your Spam folder.
    Please check your Spam folder for an email from techsupport@denarisoft.com or DenariMessage@denarionline.com.

I don’t know how to find my account.

To find your account:

  1. Click the Find My Account button on the ICCM home page.
  2. Enter your cell phone number or email on the Find Your Account page.
  3. Click Search.
  4. You should receive a text or email with a 5-digit Authorization Code.
  5. Enter the Authorization Code, on the Login Information screen.
  6. Create a Password on the Login Information Screen.
  7. Click Create Login.

Please note: clicking Forgot My Password will NOT generate an email to you if you haven’t set up your account.

You must use Find My Account to connect your current sponsor information to an online account. If you have any trouble with this, please use the form to contact us or give us a call.

I accidentally created multiple logins.

No worries! We can merge your accounts. Please either message our Facebook page, submit a contact request or email us at ICCMSocial@fmcusa.org.  The process may take up to 2 hours to complete. Please note: the Find My Account page won’t work once duplicate accounts are created.

I forgot my password.

To reset your password:

  1. Click Forgot Your Password?
  2. Enter your email address or cell phone number
  3. Click Next. (Do not click more than once.)
  4. In the Reset Your Password box, enter the authorization code sent to your email or phone number.
  5. Create a new password and confirm that password.
  6. Click Reset Password.

Cancel Your Sponsorship

If you would like to cancel a sponsorship, please call our office at 317.616.4740 or 800.342.5531 (ext. 502).
