paraguay

ICCM began in Paraguay in March of 1983. We have 2 schools and also sponsor pastor’s kids.

Light and Life School in Encarnación ministers to 250 preschool-12th grade students. Having earned accreditation from ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International), the school director and staff continue to work hard to provide excellence in education. Sponsorship funds assist families with school fees and uniforms, and seek to address any medical or nutritional concerns.

Juan Wesley School is prone to flooding and heavy rains as it is located near the bank of the Paraguay River in Asunción. This very poor area of town is home to children and teenagers affected by both natural disasters and man-made ones such as abuse and violence. Sponsorship is vital in order for these children to be educated and given the opportunity to succeed.

The children of pastors are also assisted greatly by sponsorship in Paraguay. Minimal salaries often make it impossible for a pastor to educate, feed and care for his children. PKs receive school fees, uniforms, books and supplies as well as a backpack.
