Capacity Building for Staff
More than 1,000 ICCM workers serve children in residences, schools and holistic child development centers in our 32 countries. Our constant aim is to equip them to serve with excellence. This involves training at many levels, from local projects to national gatherings. Investing in these adults’ development is one of the best things we can do for the children.
Description
The next upcoming staff “Listening Conference” will be held in February in the Philippines. Leaders from five Southeast Asian countries will join together for a week of inspiration, active learning, sharing of ideas and best practices, and evaluating our programs. Worship, recreation and, of course, food will add to the team’s enjoyment and enrichment. They will return to their countries better equipped to lead their ministries.
