Child Development Program
Every year we are privileged to support a massive summertime outreach to children of all tribes and religious backgrounds in an Asian country. In 2017, more than 22,000 children, aged 4 to 18, attended the Child Development Program in 380 locations.
Our annual budget is approximately $20,000—less than $1 per child attending these life-changing days of fun, music, games and learning.
Description
Classes are taught by young adults who receive annual training. In the summer of 2017, 965 young adult leaders traveled in teams to carry on this pioneering work among children in remote areas.
