Director of Finance
Jo serves as ICCM's lead financial expert. She has provided executive leadership since 2010, and has served in the financial sector for more than 30 years. Jo is also the principal financial leader for FMCUSA, ICCM's parent organization.

Mark enriches the ICCM experience through donor relations. He brings decades of fundraising and donor-care experience to the ICCM team, ensuring our systems reflect our love for the donors who make our effort possible.

Partner for Operations and Org Development
Justin partners with ICCM for organizational development and operations. Areas of influence include organizational systems, finance, communications, partnerships, major fundraising, projects, and information technology.

Global Coordinator for Community Connection
Matt leads ICCM's Connected Community program. Connected Communities are organizations and teams around the country who partner with ICCM projects somewhere in the world.

Tim Burkhart, CGPP
Planned Giving Director
Tim brings over 30 years of legacy and charitable giving experience to ICCM. He offers our generous donors trustworthy plans which keep our donor's interests as a priority. Tim helps donors maximize tax efficiency, establish estate plans, and set up life income plans that fund significant gifts, endowments, annuities, trusts, and more.
